By using Cortiv ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cortiv is a personal fitness and health decision engine. The app analyzes your health data (from Apple Health and manual input) to provide daily readiness scores, personalized training programs, and recovery recommendations.
Cortiv is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The readiness scores, training recommendations, and health insights are for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Do not use Cortiv as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cortiv. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sign in is provided through Apple Sign In — we do not store your Apple password.

By granting HealthKit access, you authorize Cortiv to read your health data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through iOS Settings.
You acknowledge that the accuracy of readiness scores and recommendations depends on the quality and completeness of health data available. Incomplete data (e.g., not wearing your Apple Watch during sleep) may result in less accurate recommendations.
Training programs are generated algorithmically based on your profile and goals. While designed using established exercise science principles, individual results may vary. You are responsible for:
Cortiv may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Pricing, features, and subscription terms will be clearly communicated before any purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.
The Cortiv app, including its design, algorithms, exercise library, and content, is owned by Cortiv. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortiv and its creators shall not be liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of the app or reliance on its recommendations. You use the app at your own risk.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account). All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
